This place has a great location near a bar/cafe, supermarket, grocery store, and Joshua Tree National Park, with brand-new, fully-equipped rooms and spacious bathrooms.

Some of the staff are simply unfriendly. It already started when we realized that we would be arriving late (around 9:30 p.m.). As a precaution, I called the receptionist and said this. The receptionist responded with a sarcastic remark and frankly made fun of my call. When we arrived we were promptly given the room which was probably the most unfavorable location in the whole hotel. Directly opposite the entrance to the fitness room, the public toilets and the passage to the outdoor area, next to the lobby. Actually we could have slept in the lobby right away. Unfortunately, my husband no longer felt like I insist on getting another room. The night ended at 3:30 a.m. It would not have been necessary to give us this room, the "free sign" of the hotel was still on after our arrival. Breakfast is continental. You can take cereals, juice, coffee, jam etc. yourself. However, there is no bread, etc. Rather, you have to choose menu 1 or menu 2 at the counter. We only found out about this after a question about bread from an employee who gave goods in a reluctant answer.

the hotel was a decent place for enjoying a very nice area, short walk to the three national park and very good supermarket. modern and silent room with 2 queen beds, we had an excellent stay. the attached restaurant served a lot of outstanding food. the service was great, totally satisfied.

Cozy spot, super tidy, staff always friendly, great location by shops which was handy! Ate at the restaurant here, yummy food and had a blast. 🌟

Great location near restaurants, supermarkets, a park, an oasis, and even a sushi spot 🍣. The breakfast was satisfyingly warm and the check-in process was a breeze.

The location to Joshua Tree NP is excellent. You can quickly get to the park and go there quickly at night to enjoy the stars in the park. Room quite spacious. Paths sometimes quite far depending on the location of the room, as there is only one front and one rear entrance to the building. Price is very good and perfectly fine for an overnight stay in transit / visiting the Joshua Tree.. In the village itself there is a relatively large selection of shops, fast food restaurants and petrol stations.

As often usual only carpet in the room. The bathroom door closes automatically (intentionally by a special hinge) and has a coat hook at head height on the door, which often jumps unexpectedly into your face when you go into the bathroom for a short time and then come out again - ouch :(. The refrigerator in the room is quite loud at night, so we pulled the plug.

The beds here are exceptionally comfortable, offering all the usual facilities like WiFi and a comfy chair, a large bathroom, and very pleasant and exceptional staff at check-out; also, it's conveniently located close to a grocery store.

We like 29 Palms & found U & liked U; so have not checked others. Bed, room, pool & spa are nice. Adding brkfast is a plus too.

Facility down.... Both soda and upstairs ice machines Out of service; key readers at pool, bldg entry from pool, bldg side entry not workg. In commenting to Desk staff "just need to try it about 10 times".

Conveniently located near the park for activities during the day and night. There's a grocery store right next door and some useful stores around for any last-minute needs. 🛍️

The staff was very friendly, the price-quality was really good, the room and facilities were clean and better than I had expected.

Breakfast could have been of better quality, i.e. food itself. The staff was very friendly. Also - the breakfast ordering system seemed a bit odd, although that was not a major concern for us.

The room here is spacious with a neat bathroom and the location is great, plus the staff at check-out are incredibly friendly.

The bunk bed was surprisingly comfy, and the room itself was pretty nice. We found a great Mexican restaurant nearby that we absolutely loved! 🌮
